This event, organized in the heart of Marseille (South of France), is aimed at anyone with a real estate project: to build a house, to buy a new apartment, to invest in a student, secondary or retirement residence, to renovate one's property for more comfort, to enlarge or to resell?
Numerous exhibitors from the real estate sector (builders, real estate agents, architects, promoters...), professionals from the renovation, financing (brokers, banks and insurance companies) and decoration sectors will be present to advise and support you in the realisation of your project.
You will also be able to attend conferences and round tables such as "Living well in your home thanks to home automation" or "Everyday eco-gestures to reduce your bills".
Always a forerunner in its organisation, IMMEXPO Marseille continues to transform itself and this year opens a village dedicated to housing: HABITAEXPO. This space will offer visitors the opportunity to extend their real estate project in terms of equipment, layout and decoration.
Another novelty this year is that the show makes it a point of honour to make exhibitors aware of environmental protection. After having decided to become the first eco-responsible real estate fair, after having adapted its organisation accordingly (no carpet, eco-designed furniture and recuperation), set up recycling points, an organic and 100% local catering area... The organisers have also created a new prize that will be awarded to one of the candidate exhibitors during the Trophées de l’Habitat Durable (Sustainable Habitat Awards) evening.
