Traditional and renowned restaurant on the island located on the outskirts of Ferreries, towards the spectacular beach of Cala Galdana, located in the countryside and in an old rustic Menorcan finca. The restaurant has been in operation since 1973 and is a benchmark in the gastronomic world of Menorca for offering the best meats and rice dishes. In addition, it stands out for its traditional architecture and rustic style. The restaurant offers capacity for about a hundred diners, with a fully equipped professional kitchen, two indoor lounges, a bar area with tables and a semi-covered outdoor terrace with a pergola. Inside, it offers bathrooms for diners, three other rooms that are used as storage and a room for employees and a bathroom. Outside it offers a large parking area along with a garage and outdoor bathrooms. It has a wood-burning oven, barbecue and its own well. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire one of the most traditional and renowned restaurants on the island in Menorca. Shall we show it to them? In addition, there is the possibility to buy together with the adjoining finca which houses an imposing country house and more than 16,000 m2 of land. #ref:4162
