The hotel is located in the village of Koutsondari, 10 km from Ierapetra. It is built on a hill and offers a wonderful Panaorama view of the Libyan sea. The modern, minimalist aesthetics of the complex melts perfectly with the traditional elements of Crete in this natural, green environment.

The 18 uniquely designed studios and apartments of the hotel are a perfect example of the respect of the owners of nature and their resources as well as the history of Crete. The hotel's area includes 10 hectares.

The studios
All studios and apartments have a furnished own balcony and a seating area with satellite TV and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a hob. Every studio or apartment is individual and unique due to its design and decoration. The hotel is a family business and you are proud to offer personal service and attention to detail.
status quo
In the endeavor to keep up with the changing requirements, the hotel was equipped with modernized facilities and amenities in 2007 to make it more environmentally friendly.
From 2011 to 2015, the Koutsounari Traditional Cottages were subjected to creative renovation, in which environmentally friendly and guest -friendly materials such as microcement, wood and stone were used. The result: simple lines and design elements that create a comfortable, warm environment.
In a time of exaggerated exaggeration, which is supposed to impress, you can enjoy the authentic simplicity of the hotel. A look at the guest book reveals that visitors always want to return to the place where they have experienced warm hospitality and love.
