Positioned directly along the port of Aliki, this long-established hairdressing salon enjoys a rare setting where village life, pedestrian movement, and open sea views naturally converge. With its small terrace facing the waterfront and excellent visibility throughout the year, the business benefits from a location that feels both vibrant and intimately connected to the rhythm of the village. Operating successfully for more than two decades, the salon has built a strong and loyal clientele composed of both local residents and returning international visitors who spend their summers in Paros year after year. The continuity of the business, combined with its prominent position within one of the island’s most charming fishing villages, offers a rare opportunity for immediate operation within an established environment. The interior extends across approximately 40 sqm and has been thoughtfully maintained over the years, combining practicality with a welcoming and carefully decorated atmosphere. The main salon space is bright and functional, opening naturally toward the port and the outdoor terrace, where clients can enjoy views toward the sea and the daily life of Aliki. To the rear of the property, a toilet and a separate laundry/storage room support the operational needs of the business discreetly and efficiently. The overall atmosphere reflects the authentic character of a Cycladic seaside village business — elegant in its simplicity, human in scale, and deeply integrated into the local community.
