The building has an elevator that connects all floors from the roof to the basement. In the basement there is an underground car park and the technology for the pool. The roof can be used as a roof garden on which a swimming pool can be built. All suites are fully equipped with beds, mattresses and pillows, softer mattresses, bed linen, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table, minibar, safe, television, telephone, air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub or shower.
