It is on the mezzanine floor of the building and there are nine stairs from the street to the apartment. In case of need there is a stairlift. The living-dining room has a comfortable couch, a 32″ flat screen TV and a DVD player. If the group is larger than 4 people, the couch can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is also exterior and has two single beds of 0.90 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps and a closet. There is a bathroom with disabled access with toilet and shower. The apartment has wooden floors except for the bathroom which has modern tiles.
