Luxury Villa with Pool in North West Corfu – ID 2292416

Set in the traditional village of Makrades in North West Corfu, this newly built luxury villa offers a contemporary Mediterranean home with private outdoor spaces, a swimming pool and modern energy-efficient systems. Completed in 2026, the property combines clean, modern living with the character and tranquillity of one of Corfu’s established inland villages, while placing the beaches and landscapes of the north-western part of the island within easy reach. The villa extends to 159.25 sq.m. and is positioned on a 1,158.64 sq.m. plot, providing a comfortable balance between substantial indoor accommodation and private outdoor living. The layout has been designed for both everyday family life and relaxed entertaining, with the main living spaces arranged around an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor. Large, connected living zones create a natural setting for spending time together, while the ground floor also includes a bathroom. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping accommodation and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 1 en-suite bathroom. The arrangement provides practical privacy for family members or guests and makes the property suitable as a permanent residence, Mediterranean second home or holiday retreat. Outdoor living is an important part of the villa. The private swimming pool creates a focal point for relaxing during the warmer months, while a covered barbecue area and outdoor dining space provide an inviting setting for meals and entertaining in the Corfiot climate. The surrounding land offers space to enjoy the property privately without requiring extensive maintenance associated with a much larger estate. A closed garage for 2 cars adds valuable practical space and can also be used for storage according to the owner's needs. The villa has been equipped with modern systems designed to provide year-round comfort, including a latest-generation heat pump for heating and cooling and a solar water heater. These features complement the contemporary construction and make the property suitable not only for seasonal use but also for longer stays or permanent living. Makrades is a traditional village in the north-western part of Corfu, offering an authentic setting away from the island's busiest resort areas. Its location is particularly interesting for buyers looking to combine a peaceful village environment with access to some of Corfu's best-known western and north-western landscapes. Has traditional tavernas and coffee shops. The renowned resort of Paleokastritsa, approximately 23 km west of Corfu Town, is known for its dramatic coastline, several coves and beaches, crystal-clear waters and small harbour. The wider area also provides access to the characteristic green hills, olive groves and traditional settlements that define this part of Corfu. For an international buyer seeking a newly constructed villa in Corfu, this property offers a combination of modern construction, private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, generous land and contemporary heating and cooling technology.
