The villa features four suites located upstairs.** The first is a master suite with a walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony. It is furnished with a 160 cm double bed. The next two suites each have their own shower and washbasin area. One is equipped with a 160 cm double bed, while the other features a 140 cm double bed. The fourth sleeping area includes a trundle bed (80 x 190 cm), ideal for younger guests, as well as a private shower and washbasin area and an additional workspace with a desk. Outside, the terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers, invites you to make the most of sunny days. Enjoy breakfast and meals al fresco in the heart of the landscaped garden, or simply unwind beside the heated swimming pool. The property offers three private parking spaces within the grounds. Additional free parking is also available on the surrounding streets.
