From the entrance hall there is also a door to a full bathroom, complete with bath tub, and understairs storage. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms and plenty of easy access storage. Bedroom 2 has a built in wardrobe and is currently used as an office while the master bedroom includes a spacious ‘under eaves’ cupboard and an en suite shower room. Extras include solar hot water, double glazed windows and air conditioning in the main rooms. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-da-sac, this beautiful property is in excellent condition and ready to move into. The Medieval town of Óbidos is just 5 minutes away, and the market town of Caldas da Rainha, the beach at Foz Do Arelho and several international golf courses are all within a short drive. Lisbon and the airport are just a 45 minute drive. The Silver Coast region of Portugal is situated an easy drive north of Lisbon and offers a glorious combination of unspoilt countryside and superb beaches. The area is a holiday destination, popular with the Portuguese for centuries, and is now becoming more widely known with property buyers from overseas. Property on the Silver Coast is proving to be a very worthwhile investment with strong capital growth and rental returns attracting investors, but with so much to offer, the Silver Coast is also the perfect place for your family holiday home, or perhaps, to relocate full time.
