Anchored in a paradise on the coast of the island, with 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms and a living room integrated with the fully equipped kitchen, the house has a large mezzanine / TV room that can accommodate 2 additional people.
CASA DE CIMA:
With a magnificent view of the transparent sea of Angra and facing the famous island of Botinas, the house has a large and generous balcony that gives access to all rooms with a step floor. It has 2 suites, including a master suite with bathtub and dry sauna.
Inside the property, there is a fresh water source and a powerful generator for possible power outages.
Guest access:
Full access to all houses, outdoor areas, pier, deck. Boats with sailor are included in the rent, fuel is at the expense of the tenant.
Other observations:
On the island there are no markets or small sales, you have to shop and supply the house in Angra dos Reis. There are a few restaurants and bars, which can be reached by the sea or by walking along pleasant paths, but, in our opinion, none of them come close to the cuisine that is practiced in Casa Gipoia
