Superb villa of 500 m2 placed on the sand in the heart of an island paradise in Angra dos Reis. This exceptional property has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 6 living rooms. CASA GIPOIA: Between the beaches of Fazenda and Piedade, on the coast of Ilha da Gipoia (one of the most famous in the bay of Ilha Grande) and just a few minutes by boat from the center of Angra, Casa Gipoia combines the simplicity of life at sea with comfort and beauty, all in complete privacy. Bathed by the crystal clear waters of the Costa Verde sea and surrounded by the original Atlantic forest, the property has 2 complete houses and a beautiful gazebo between them. The ideal place to live an unforgettable stay. Space: Built to be a family home, Casa Gipoia has followed the natural evolution of life and, with the marriage of children and the arrival of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, has expanded its facilities and become a property with two complete houses to accommodate the whole family. With a spacious deck on the emerald sea and a beautiful area open to the imposing bay of Ilha Grande, this is where the best drinks and meals take place . CASA DA BEIRA: Anchored in a paradise on the coast of the island, with 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms and a living room integrated with the fully equipped kitchen, the house has a large mezzanine / TV room that can accommodate 2 additional people. CASA DE CIMA: With a magnificent view of the transparent sea of Angra and facing the famous island of Botinas, the house has a large and generous balcony that gives access to all rooms with a step floor. It has 2 suites, including a master suite with bathtub and dry sauna. Inside the property, there is a fresh water source and a powerful generator for possible power outages. Guest access: Full access to all houses, outdoor areas, pier, deck. Boats with sailor are included in the rent, fuel is at the expense of the tenant. Other observations: On the island there are no markets or small sales, you have to shop and supply the house in Angra dos Reis. There are a few restaurants and bars, which can be reached by the sea or by walking along pleasant paths, but, in our opinion, none of them come close to the cuisine that is practiced in Casa Gipoia 11 people - 5 rooms - 6 beds - 4 and a half bathrooms Room 1 1 double bed Room 2 1 queen bed Room 3 1 double bed Room 4 2 single beds Room 5 1 single bed Comodities: Free parking on the property: 2 parking spaces Hair dryer Wi-Fi: 100 Mbps Jacuzzi Kitchen Cable TV Iron Air conditioning. #ref:W03.752V
