House for sale in Cabarete with 6 bedrooms – ID 1037507

It's all about replacement !!! This luxury Cabarete villa is located in an elegant and exclusive oceanfront residential resort community between Sosua and Cabarete on the North Shore of the Dominican Republic. Sea Horse Ranch is considered the finest gated residential community on the Dominican Republic's north coast with incredible luxury villas. The resort has an equestrian facility, a fully equipped international tennis center, and an intimate gourmet restaurant set amidst several terraced pools and relaxing seaside terraces. The luxury Cabarete villa was designed by an award winning American architect and was built to very high standards in 2009. Step into this spectacular luxury Cabarete villa through mature tropical gardens. A wooden bridge spans a 10,000 gallon fish pond teeming with koi and exotic painted tropical and Siamese turtles. Through a Brazilian mahogany double door is a large foyer which in turn opens onto a long reflecting pool of dark river stone. To the right is the breathtaking Great Hall with ceilings soaring nearly 6 meters (19 feet). This Mediterranean-style luxury villa comprises a total of 6 magnificent spacious bedrooms, a large open-plan gourmet kitchen and outdoor dining areas open to the great room. Large shaded covered terraces are accessible by sliding doors. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also located on the ground floor. As well as special spaces like an air-conditioned wine cellar containing 450 bottles and a comfortable seating area next to the fish pond. The second floor houses two further bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Accessible by a circular staircase in a consecrated octagonal tower, the private superior rooms are airy and cool. Go up another small staircase to a very special area, currently used as a media room. Finally, 10 meters above everything, a sky terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sky, the mountains and sees the nearby sea. Outside the house, mature gardens and plenty of exotic palm trees surround a resort style pool with zero entry at one end and a deep lagoon with a separate thermal pool and waterfall at the other. Coral stone pool decks are cool to the touch, and a thatched-roof gazebo gives glimpses of the ocean and constant exposure to the ever-present trade winds. Behind the gazebo, a secret door opens onto a path that leads directly to the beautiful beaches of Sea Horse Ranch. This wonderful home would make a special family villa with plenty of room for children, extended family and friends. Just 20 minutes from Puerto Plata International Airport with daily flights from Europe and North America, Villa Windward is just a 3 hour nonstop flight from New York JFK Airport.
