Comporta Style Villa Under Construction – ID 2170831

Discover an exceptional villa project, magnificently designed by the architect Nuno Lopes, embodying the minimalist elegance and authentic charm of the 'Comporta Style.' Currently under construction, this property is designed to offer a luxurious and relaxed living experience, in perfect harmony with its natural environment. The house features striking white architecture, enhanced by traditional thatched roofs or light wood pergola elements, typical of the region. The exterior is a true haven of peace, centered around a large swimming pool and vast wooden terraces, ideal for outdoor living. The landscaped garden uses natural elements, sand, and local vegetation, creating a private beach ambiance. There is also an outdoor dining area with a built-in fireplace/barbecue. The interiors are bathed in light thanks to large windows that ensure perfect continuity between the inside and the outside, offering notably an unobstructed and spectacular view of the surrounding rice fields. The style is characterized by high, sloping ceilings with whitewashed wooden beams, light-colored floors, and a refined decoration using natural materials such as rattan, light wood, and linen. According to the presentation plans, this single-family house is arranged on the ground floor and features a large open-plan living area combining a living room of over 32 m² and a dining room of over 18 m², a separate kitchen of more than 14 m², four spacious bedrooms including a master suite with a walk-in closet, as well as modern bathrooms and a laundry/technical room. A mezzanine space completes the property, offering a flexible area ideal for an office, a secondary lounge, or an extra bedroom. This property represents a rare opportunity to acquire a new, turnkey residence in one of the most sought-after locations on the Alentejo coast. Energy Rating: B #ref:W-0485G5
