Gaula de Baixo. Three Double Bedroom Townhouse with En-Suite, Sea Views & Potential – ID 2289090

Set in a peaceful residential area of Gaula de Baixo, just a 5-minute walk from a café and supermarket, this spacious three-bedroom home is arranged over three levels and enjoys something rather special — beautiful Atlantic Ocean views from every floor. With three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, generous living spaces, multiple balconies, a garden and a large BBQ area, this is a home with plenty to offer. The property has been vacant for some time and would now benefit from some TLC and modernisation. But the things that are hardest to change are already here: space, natural light, outdoor living, a convenient location and those wonderful sea views. A GROUND FLOOR MADE FOR LIVING The ground floor is centred around a generous kitchen/breakfast room, providing plenty of space for everyday family life. The large lounge is one of the highlights of the home. Bright and spacious, it enjoys views across the Atlantic and opens directly onto a balcony, with access through to the garden. Outside, the garden offers excellent potential for entertaining and features a large BBQ area — an ideal setting for long lunches, summer evenings and enjoying Madeira's year-round outdoor lifestyle. A separate shower room on the ground floor is particularly convenient for guests. And even from this level, the sea is already part of the view. THREE DOUBLE BEDROOMS & MORE SEA VIEWS The first floor is home to three genuine double bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from its own four-piece en-suite bathroom, creating a comfortable private suite. The two additional double bedrooms are served by a separate shower room on the same floor. This level also features two balconies, including a Juliet balcony, bringing additional natural light and, once again, allowing you to enjoy the property's elevated outlook towards the Atlantic. AND AT THE TOP… PERHAPS THE BEST VIEW OF ALL The top floor provides valuable storage space, adding another practical dimension to the property. But step outside onto the upper balcony and practicality gives way to something else entirely. A fantastic, far-reaching view across the Atlantic Ocean. Morning coffee, a quiet place to read, or a glass of wine as the light changes over the sea — this is a space that could easily become one of your favourite parts of the house. From the ground floor to the bedrooms and all the way to the top floor, the Atlantic follows you through the home. NOT PERFECT YET. AND THAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY. The property has been unoccupied for some time and requires maintenance, updating and modernisation to bring it back to its best. For the right buyer, that is precisely where the opportunity lies. Rather than paying for somebody else's choices, this is a chance to take a substantial three-bedroom home and make it your own. Paint can be refreshed. Finishes can be updated. Outdoor spaces can be transformed. But you can't renovate a property into a better location — and you can't create an Atlantic view on every floor. All of this comes with the convenience of having a café and supermarket approximately five minutes away on foot, offering an appealing combination of residential tranquillity and everyday practicality.
