This old stone house has potential. The object was one of the first discotheque clubs on the island and is located in a small village, just a few kilometers from Jelsa and the first beaches. The house was built more than 100 years ago and must be completely renovated. The renovation will be worthwhile because the house has enormous potential.
The house is located directly in the town center of a typical Dalmatian village, which is quiet and yet not far from the beautiful beaches and the picturesque old town of Jelsa. The village is known for its historic buildings and narrow streets surrounded by old stone walls.
