The entrance of the main house is placed on the main “public” level offering a spacious open plan living space, a separate kitchen and a WC. This level gives direct access to extended extranal shaded areas, a balcony – viewing platform and the pool. The mezzanine offers an open plan area and a bathroom that can be used as an en-suite master bedroom. The lower ground level offers two en-suite bedrooms and a playroom. The guest house offers two levels, an en-suite bedroom and an open plan space.
The external areas include a 60 sqm pool with adjacent siting areas including a pergola, a spacious shaded living area with immediate access from the internal living areas, an upper balconies and a garden at the bedroom level.
Designed by an established architecture practice with built work in the area, this contemporary design project is a balanced “play” of internal and external spaces, breathtaking sea views and a spectacular blend of light and shade. Solid stone walls, big glass openings, and energy-efficient solutions complete an environmentally friendly building.
