Luxury Villa for Sale in Tourlos, Marpissa, Paros – Panoramic Sea Views & Private Pool – ID 2292286

Set within the peaceful landscape of Tourlos, near Marpissa in Paros, this newly finished villa offers a quietly sophisticated interpretation of island living, framed by expansive views across the Aegean towards Naxos and the southern horizon. Set on a generous 5,410m² plot, the residence enjoys a sense of openness and privacy, with architecture that connects naturally to the surrounding landscape and the changing light of the Cyclades. Designed over two principal levels, the villa combines generous proportions with an intuitive relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Its elevated position allows the main living areas and terraces to open towards the sea, creating a home where the view becomes an integral part of everyday life. Architecture & Interiors The principal ground floor extends to approximately 150m² and is organised around a spacious open-plan living environment. A fully equipped kitchen flows naturally into the dining and sitting areas, while a lounge with fireplace provides a more intimate setting for quieter moments. French windows openings draw daylight into the interiors and establish a direct connection with the outdoor terraces. From here, the architecture unfolds towards the pool and the sea beyond, creating a seamless sequence of indoor and outdoor spaces. A guest WC and discreet storage room complete this level. A few steps lead to two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. One serves as the master bedroom, distinguished by its sea outlook and direct access to the terrace and pool area. The arrangement offers both privacy and immediacy to the landscape, with the bedrooms positioned to take advantage of the property's natural setting. A further few steps lead down to a lower level comprising two additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, together with a laundry room and a separate storage room. This level also provides access to approximately 170m² of unfinished garage and ancillary space, offering considerable flexibility for future completion. The existing configuration therefore accommodates four bedrooms in total, all with en-suite shower rooms, complemented by the generous additional spaces that could be developed according to the needs of the future owner. Outdoor Living The exterior spaces are conceived as a natural extension of the main living areas. Broad terraces open towards the pool and the uninterrupted sea view, providing a series of settings for dining, lounging and simply enjoying the landscape. The southern orientation and open outlook towards Naxos create an ever-changing backdrop throughout the day, from the clear brightness of the Aegean morning to the softer tones of sunset. The spacious plot further enhances the feeling of privacy and allows the residence to sit comfortably within its natural surroundings. The pool forms the centre of the outdoor setting, reinforcing the villa's connection to the landscape and offering an effortless rhythm of summer living between water, terraces and open sky. Potential & Additional Space Beyond the completed residential areas, the approximately 170m² unfinished space presents an opportunity to further shape the property around a particular lifestyle. Subject to the relevant permissions and technical considerations, it could accommodate a private gym, additional guest or dormitory accommodation, a substantial garage, or a combination of ancillary uses. This flexibility gives the property an additional architectural dimension: rather than being defined entirely by its existing footprint, it leaves room for the future owner to complete and personalise part of the residence.
