In the municipality of Volterra, in a dominant position, an ancient farmhouse consisting of seven buildings for a total of approx. 1,600, all surrounded by 2 hectares of arable land. During the 1950s, following the interventions of the Maremma body, the buildings underwent changes to the original layout and therefore today they are not very appreciable from an architectural point of view. However, their potential in the "integral recovery of the village" phase remains undisputed, as demonstrated by the feasibility study presented to the competent authorities.
