Result of the reconstruction of an old ruin, the house, type T3+1, was completed in 2024 and is spread over three floors, following the natural slope of the land. The project privileges the connection with the outside through its implementation, the design and position of each opening, framing the views in a unique way and defining the way in which natural light serves each space. Spatial organization: The entrance floor, corresponding to the upper level, houses the social area, consisting of a living room, dining area and equipped kitchen in an open space, a bathroom and a mezzanine with overhead lighting, which can function as an extra space for sleeping (+1), reading, working or storage. On this floor there is also a bedroom and independent entrance and a bathroom, providing greater flexibility of use. On the middle floor there is a double bedroom, the technical area and a storage space. Downstairs there is a second suite, a space particularly careful in the way light, materials and proportions combine to create an original and welcoming atmosphere. The property extends over a plot of land measuring 6,430 m², organized into terraces that follow the existing topography. The exterior invites different ways of experiencing the space: outdoor resting and dining areas, where you can organize get-togethers with friends and family, cultivate a garden or vegetable garden or, simply, enjoy the landscape over the Douro. The existing trees guarantee the perfect environment and the necessary shade to enjoy these spaces.
