Exclusive Brand New 5 Bedroom Villa Beside Barbati – ID 2316421

Exclusive listing with Chase Real Estate Corfu, Villa Helios is a contemporary five-bedroom villa positioned within easy reach of Barbati and Ipsos on Corfu's highly sought-after north-east coast. Completed in 2023, the property offers approximately 200m² of modern living accommodation on a 1,600m² plot, combining panoramic sea and olive grove views with an infinity-edge swimming pool, natural stone landscaping and generous outdoor entertaining areas. Designed around an open-plan concept with large sliding glass doors connecting the interior directly to the veranda and pool, Villa Helios provides a modern Mediterranean lifestyle just minutes from beaches, restaurants and the amenities of Barbati and Ipsos. The Villa Villa Helios was constructed in 2023 with a contemporary architectural approach designed to maximise its relationship with the surrounding landscape. The villa extends to approximately 200m² and provides five bedrooms arranged to accommodate family and guests comfortably while maintaining privacy throughout the property. At the heart of the house is the open-plan living space, where large sliding glass windows create a seamless connection between the interior and the principal veranda. When opened, the boundaries between the living area and exterior terraces are significantly reduced, allowing the pool, sea views and surrounding olive groves to become an integral part of everyday life within the villa. The clean contemporary architecture is complemented externally by natural stone walls and landscaping, allowing the modern building to sit comfortably within the traditional Corfiot environment. Large areas of glazing also ensure that natural light and views remain central to the interior, with the surrounding olive groves and Ionian Sea providing the backdrop to the principal living areas. The Bedrooms The villa provides five spacious bedrooms, three of which benefit from their own private shower rooms. The accommodation has been designed to take advantage of the property's elevated outlook, with bedrooms enjoying views across the surrounding olive groves towards the sea. The arrangement provides considerable flexibility for families and groups, with sufficient accommodation for both owners and visiting guests. A particularly distinctive element is the semi-basement twin bedroom. This creates a more private and cosy sleeping area separate from the principal accommodation and can work particularly well for children, younger family members or additional guests. The combination of five bedrooms and multiple private shower rooms makes the property suitable for larger families while also supporting its potential within the luxury holiday rental market, where bedroom capacity and privacy between guests are particularly important. Pool and Outdoor Living Outdoor living forms a central part of Villa Helios. The horizon-style swimming pool features an infinity edge designed to visually connect the water with the sea and landscape beyond, creating one of the property's most impressive focal points. Decked areas surround the pool and provide space for sunbathing and relaxation, while natural stone walls introduce texture and traditional Corfiot materials into the contemporary exterior design. A dedicated outdoor dining area and BBQ provide a natural setting for entertaining during Corfu's long summer season. The combination of dining, pool and terrace areas allows much of daily life to move outdoors, whether for breakfast overlooking the olive groves, afternoons beside the pool or evening meals under the Mediterranean sky. The 1,600m² plot provides the villa with space and privacy while retaining the surrounding natural character. Off-road parking is also available, providing convenient private vehicle access for owners and guests. The Views One of the defining characteristics of Villa Helios is its outlook. The property enjoys views across established olive groves towards the Ionian Sea, combining two of the landscapes most closely associated with Corfu. The architecture has been designed to make these views a continuous feature rather than something enjoyed only from a single terrace. Large glass openings, bedrooms, outdoor entertaining areas and the infinity pool all make use of the property's orientation. This relationship between contemporary architecture and the surrounding natural landscape gives Villa Helios much of its character. The result is a modern home that retains a strong connection to the olive-covered hillsides and coastline of north-east Corfu. The Location Villa Helios occupies a convenient position within approximately five minutes' drive of Barbati, providing straightforward access to one of the best-known coastal destinations in north-east Corfu. Barbati is particularly recognised for its clear waters, long beach and selection of restaurants, beach facilities and amenities. Ipsos is also only minutes away, providing a further range of restaurants, cafés, shops and services. From this position, owners can easily explore the wider north-east coast while retaining a more private setting away from the busiest areas of the resorts. The combination of accessibility, sea views and proximity to established coastal destinations makes the location suitable for both private holiday use and buyers considering a premium rental property. Investment Potential As an exclusive Chase Real Estate Corfu listing, Villa Helios represents an opportunity to acquire a recently constructed five-bedroom villa within one of the island's strongest luxury residential and holiday markets. Completed in 2023, the property offers the advantage of modern construction without the time, uncertainty and additional management involved in developing a new villa from the ground up. For holiday rental use, the combination of five bedrooms, multiple private shower rooms, a 200m² interior, infinity-edge swimming pool, sea views, outdoor dining and BBQ facilities provides many of the characteristics sought by groups looking for high-quality accommodation in north-east Corfu. Equally, Villa Helios is well suited to use as a private family holiday residence, offering substantial accommodation and entertaining areas within minutes of Barbati and Ipsos.
