Meraki Estate – Two Exclusive Off-Plan Villas for Sale in Nissaki, North East Corfu – ID 2311806

Meraki Estate is a new, off-plan development of two exclusive villas, positioned in one of the most desirable locations in North East Corfu, just above Nissaki Beach. The concept behind Meraki Estate focuses on combining authentic Corfiot architecture with clean, modern living, with natural stone, warm materials, and balanced design defining each home. With only two villas available, this is a limited and highly focused project. Offered at €1,500,000 per villa through Chase Real Estate Corfu, Meraki Estate offers buyers a rare opportunity to be involved from the very beginning of construction. The Villas Each villa will offer approximately 230m² of internal space, designed with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The design approach centres on creating a property that feels both high-end and genuinely in keeping with the surrounding landscape, using natural stone and warm materials throughout rather than a generic contemporary finish. Meraki Estate is currently in the planning phase, and buyers will work closely with Chase Real Estate Corfu throughout the entire process, ensuring a personal and hands-on experience from start to finish. Buyers will have the ability to influence layouts, finishes, décor, and overall style, allowing each villa to be tailored to their exact preferences rather than choosing a standard, fixed design. Chase Real Estate Corfu regards this level of buyer involvement as one of the development's defining features, offering a genuinely bespoke alternative to purchasing an already-finished villa. Grounds and Pool Each property will sit on its own private plot of approximately 500-600m², complete with a private swimming pool and carefully designed outdoor living areas. Set "under the road," the villas benefit from privacy and uninterrupted sea views, giving each home a secluded outdoor setting despite the proximity to the beach and local amenities below. The outdoor spaces have been planned as an integral part of each villa's design, rather than an afterthought, reflecting the same attention to authentic Corfiot character found throughout the interior specification. The Location The villas benefit from easy walking access to Nissaki Beach, Oliva Restaurant, and nearby amenities, while maintaining privacy and uninterrupted sea views from their elevated position "under the road." This part of North East Corfu is widely regarded as one of the island's strongest coastal areas, combining an established beach and dining scene with a genuinely tranquil, elevated setting. This balance of walkable convenience and private, view-led positioning is a defining feature of the Meraki Estate location. Investment Potential This level of buyer involvement, combined with the location and build quality, creates a unique opportunity to secure a truly personalised home in one of Corfu's strongest coastal areas. With only two villas being built, the project offers genuine exclusivity that is difficult to find in more standardised off-plan developments elsewhere on the island. Chase Real Estate Corfu regards Meraki Estate as a standout opportunity for buyers seeking full creative input into their home, combined with a location and build quality that supports strong long-term value. Key Features Meraki Estate comprises two exclusive off-plan villas in Nissaki, North East Corfu, each offering approximately 230m² of internal space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
