5 Bedrooms | 6 Bathrooms | 400 m² Total Living Space | 4,000 m² Plot | Two Private Pools Set within a peaceful 4,000 m² olive grove near Halikounas Beach in South Corfu, this impressive estate comprises two independent villas offering approximately 400 m² of total living space. Together, the residences provide five double bedrooms and six bathrooms, complemented by two private swimming pools, extensive verandas, landscaped Mediterranean gardens, and beautiful views towards the Ionian Sea. The independent configuration makes the property particularly versatile, allowing the villas to function as one substantial family estate or as two separate residences for guests or holiday rentals. Just minutes from the unspoilt coastline of Halikounas and Lake Korission, the complete estate is offered at an asking price of €1,950,000. The Villas Both villas have been designed around generous open-plan living spaces, creating bright and comfortable interiors with an easy connection to the surrounding gardens and terraces. Fully equipped kitchens flow naturally into spacious dining and living areas, while large openings lead directly onto covered verandas. These outdoor extensions of the principal living spaces provide peaceful areas for dining, entertaining, or simply enjoying the surrounding countryside and sea views. Having two completely separate residences also provides a significant degree of flexibility. A future owner could occupy one villa while retaining the second for family and guests, or operate the two properties independently within the holiday rental market. Bedroom Accommodation Across the two villas there are five double bedrooms and six modern bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for larger families and groups. Each bedroom benefits from direct access to a private veranda, allowing the outdoor environment to become a natural extension of the accommodation. The number of bathrooms in relation to the bedrooms is also particularly practical for guest and rental use, allowing multiple occupants to enjoy the property comfortably while maintaining privacy. Swimming Pools & Outdoor Living Each villa benefits from its own private swimming pool, allowing the two residences to retain independence even when occupied simultaneously. The pools are surrounded by generous sun terraces and lounging areas, with views across the surrounding landscape towards the Ionian Sea. Shaded pergolas provide dedicated spaces for alfresco dining and relaxation, particularly valuable during Corfu's warmer summer months. Dedicated BBQ facilities add to the outdoor entertaining spaces, creating an environment designed around Mediterranean living. Gardens & Grounds The estate occupies approximately 4,000 m² of private land, surrounded by the characteristic olive groves and natural landscape of South Corfu. The gardens have been landscaped with Mediterranean plants and established greenery, complementing the existing natural environment rather than separating the villas from it. The combination of olive trees, landscaped gardens, swimming pools, terraces, and open countryside creates a private and peaceful setting particularly well suited to holiday living. Halikounas & Lake Korission The property is positioned just minutes from Halikounas Beach, one of the most distinctive natural coastal areas on Corfu's south-western side. Halikounas is known for its long sandy shoreline, open Ionian Sea views, and relatively undeveloped surroundings. The area is particularly popular for kite surfing and other water sports, while its long stretches of sand provide plenty of space even during the summer season. Immediately behind the coastline lies Lake Korission, an important lagoon and wetland surrounded by dunes and natural vegetation. The combination of beach, lagoon, olive groves, and open countryside gives this part of Corfu a very different atmosphere from the island's more heavily developed resorts. Traditional tavernas, villages, shops, and everyday amenities remain within driving distance, allowing owners and guests to enjoy the area's natural setting without becoming isolated. Investment Potential The configuration of two independent villas on one 4,000 m² estate creates several attractive possibilities for a future owner. For private use, the property is particularly well suited to multi-generational families or groups of friends, allowing everyone to stay within the same estate while maintaining independence between the two residences. Alternatively, one villa could be retained for personal use while the second generates seasonal rental income. Both could also be operated together as a premium holiday rental estate capable of accommodating larger groups. The combination of five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two private swimming pools, sea views, extensive outdoor living areas, and proximity to Halikounas Beach provides a strong foundation for the luxury holiday market in South Corfu.
