This wonderful and massively built approx. 100 m² stone villa stands on a 6,000 m² plot of land, which offers enough space for a large pool. It literally "sits" above the city of Ierapetra with a wonderful panoramic view of the city and the Lybian sea. A wonderful living, dining and kitchen area awaits you behind the front door. It is openly designed and offers a lot of space. The dining room is embedded in a bay, which is brightly flooded with through grids. The high-quality, large, u-shaped fitted kitchen with a large cool, freezer combination and much more, offers plenty of space for everything necessary. An open fireplace, for the colder winter months, in the cozy living space provided with wooden beam ceilings creates a homely atmosphere. The thick stone walls keep the house pleasantly cool even in the hot summer months. From the spacious living area you can reach the two bedrooms via a hallway and the large bathroom in the middle. On the site there is a winter garden on the right of the property, which can be designed with a few means to an oasis of calm, wellness area or bar quantities. There is already a pizza/ bread oven and a bricked barge concrete. The villa is free -standing in a very quiet location. With its size, the property still offers a lot of potential. We are happy to answer any questions that have remained open and look forward to your message.
