At the top of a new building in Alimos, a timber roof curves like a wave over the terrace, and before it a 20 m² pool carries its blue out to the line of the sea. Noéa is a 218 m² maisonette on two levels, under construction, with three bedrooms, a study, two bathrooms and two WCs. On the fifth floor, a double-height living room opens onto the dining area and kitchen around a planted inner courtyard, and the bedrooms step out onto one continuous glass-edged terrace. An internal staircase rises to the sixth floor: a lounge, the study and a private roof terrace, with a honey-toned deck for long summer tables and an unobstructed view of the sea. The renderings propose warm wood across floors and ceiling, and veined grey marble. Energy class A++. Here, the horizon becomes part of the home. Alimos is one of the most complete seaside neighbourhoods of the Athens Riviera: a marina, a beach, the coastal avenue, and tram and metro connections, a few minutes from the centre of Glyfada. Next to it, the Ellinikon project is under way, where the developer states that the first residential handovers begin in 2027. It is an area that lives all year round, not only in summer. Anyone looking for a primary residence with a sea view and real outdoor space within the city. The sixth-floor study works for those who work from home, and the roof terrace with its pool is made for having people over.
