The bedroom also has direct access to a private garden with gazebo, a secluded and delightful outdoor area surrounded by greenery. A further staircase leads to the private sun terrace of approximately 50 sqm, enjoying excellent sun exposure and a glimpse of the sea. It features independent gas heating, metal window frames and double glazing. Completing this property for sale in Sanremo are a private garage and an outdoor private parking space. The Palais dAgra also features a condominium swimming pool surrounded by greenery. The complete restoration works have already been approved and paid for, with work scheduled to begin in September, bringing back one of the residences most distinctive amenities.
