Verkoop huis Plavilla met 8 slaapkamers – ID 2201995

On the hillside, 10 minutes from Mirepoix, this pretty farmhouse, having preserved most of its old features, has been nicely renovated and modernized and is cleverly arranged into various spaces, since it now allows the members of a family to be accommodated in the same place in the so-called main house, but also guests, friends, older children, in spaces dedicated to them, such as this large room ready to celebrate any important event in life, this pretty blue bedroom with its small lounge area, its bathroom... then comes the studio with sleeping on the mezzanine, its kitchen, its lovely bathroom... Let's continue the visit with this part on the ground floor as well, with its kitchen area, its bathroom, its dormitory for large families, and the master bedroom with its private bathroom. The exterior is not to be outdone, the current owner has done a very nice job and the result is also delightful, the comfortable swimming pool, its covered / uncovered terraces, its SPA, its large volume dedicated to relaxation, the old sheepfolds in the basement ... do not delay in contacting me to visit this charming proposition.
