Продажа квартира ноги в воде Marbella - Costa del sol с 2 спальни – ID 2304290

Sea and mountain views towards the Mediterranean, and everything else you could wish for: this 2-bedroom garden apartment in La Floresta, La Mairena / Elviria Alta, in the east of Marbella. A ground floor apartment with this kind of view is something you rarely find. The orientation is perfect: south to south-west, with light through the day, winter sun on the terrace and the last of the evening sun in the garden. The terrace measures around 40 m² in total: 30 m² covered and glazed, and a further 10 m² open to the sky, with the garden directly beyond. The glass curtains open fully in summer and close in winter, when the covered part becomes a bright sun room. The terrace is an extension of the living room, in use 365 days a year, with a seating area at one end and a full dining table at the other. The garden is for the private use of the apartment. It is generous, beautifully kept and genuinely private, and it gives this home the feeling of a house rather than an apartment. The apartment offers approximately 93 m² and is presented in excellent condition throughout. The layout is open and well proportioned: a modern open-plan kitchen in white and walnut, a dining area, and a separate sitting area beyond it with its own access to the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom opens directly onto the terrace and has its own bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom lies on the other side of the apartment, with the second bathroom, fitted with a shower, alongside. The apartment is modern and elegant throughout. This exceptional apartment comes with its own parking space, and the building has a lift. The community is small and beautifully kept, with a beautiful communal pool looking out over the treetops towards the coast. What makes the community of La Floresta special is what comes with ownership here. Every owner has the use of El Soto Golf, 3 minutes away by car: the 9-hole golf course, the gym, the tennis and padel courts, all included, with no additional membership fee. This is rarely found attached to an apartment. La Mairena / Elviria Alta sits just above the coast, minutes from the beaches of Elviria, surrounded by a protected nature reserve that gives the area its particular character. It offers what the seafront itself cannot: quiet, space and privacy in an established residential area. Restaurants and a small supermarket are a short distance away within La Mairena. Elviria, with its beaches, shops and restaurants, is around 8 minutes by car, and Marbella town centre about 20. This apartment offers a terrace for every season, a garden of its own and the full use of the club facilities, from golf to gym. A garden apartment of this kind very rarely appears in La Mairena / Elviria Alta, in the east of Marbella.
