The upper floor consists of 1 bathroom, 1 side terrace and 2 bedrooms (one with trundle bed and the main one with fitted wardrobes and a 1.80 bed with 2 mattresses), access to a large terrace from the two bedrooms.Ducted air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house, with independent keypad in each room.
