Il se trouve à quelques mètres de la plage de La Concha, à 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et à 15 minutes du Kursaal. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, bars, supermarchés, pharmacies, banques, etc. à proximité.

A spacious and bright living-dining room with an integrated kitchen in the same space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, iron, ironing board, etc.

The living-dining room has a comfortable couch, a 32″ flat screen TV and a DVD player. If the group is larger than 6 people, the couch can become a comfortable double bed. It has a dining table that can be opened to accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment has wooden floors except for the bathroom which has modern tiles. Also, the apartment is decorated with original paintings that give it a distinction vibe.
