Great 1 bedroom apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished, equipped and decorated again, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Property consisting of: bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed (2 people), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, Cable and Satellite TV and WI-FI and balcony with sea view, to enjoy your holidays. The terrace has 25 m2. Ideal for those who want to stay close to the beach, but in a quiet area. Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, etc. - Since the accommodation has a large terrace, on which your pet can be at ease, it is allowed in this case, and at an additional cost, to host the pet. Only 1 dog is accepted (small/medium size, which is not considered a dangerous breed). Cats are NOT allowed. - The expenses of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (80€/month). Any consumption that exceeds this use considered normal will have to be paid by the guest to the agency. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. The deposit will be charged as a cash payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The refund must be made up to 3 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation. - The expenses of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation). The counts at the entrance and exit are removed to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding one is calculated). Any consumption that exceeds the value included, will have this surplus to be regularized by guests to Nuris2u.
