Located just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach of Praia da Rocha. Comprising a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, living room with 2 sofa beds and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV and WI-FI. The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony overlooking Praia da Rocha. The accommodation is located in an area where you can enjoy your holidays without noise and disturbances, being ideal for relaxing with your family and/or friends. Within walking distance of the flat there are supermarkets, gyms, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. The accommodation has a specific parking space (for small cars) in the garage of the building. - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a cash, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation. - Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
