Property consisting of: 2 bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds and another with double bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed, air conditioning in the living room (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. - A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. The deposit will be charged as a cash payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The refund must be made up to 3 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation. - The expenses of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
