Welcome to Palácio Condes da Ponte - an 18th-century palace - one of Junqueira's "Palaces" - with around 4,000m² of built area and an approved project for a 63-room villa with various facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym and a charming garden.
The Palacete dos Condes da Ponte, one of several palaces in this noble and historic neighbourhood that links Alcântara to Belém and has several residential construction projects of some calibre, was the headquarters of the Lisbon Port Administration for many years in the 20th century. The current owners have applied for a project to create a state-of-the-art residential building with 63 bedrooms, social spaces, facilities including a swimming pool, gym and technical areas. The project adds another wing at the back of the building, intended for quiet rooms.
