Small family hotel run for almost 50 years. The foundations were built in 1960 and, except during the war in Croatia, it has never stopped working. The hotel only accommodates 34 people which enables the manager to have a personal relationship with each guest. The hotel was fully renovated in 2014, giving it a refreshing look and meeting the standards of today’s guests. The hotel offers a spacious terrace in front that is used as a coffee shop. The terrace is fully covered in shades provided by the pine trees. On top of the building there is spacious 73m2 terrace completely bathed in sun. The view from the top is amazing: you are sitting just above the pine trees and over their top spreads the beautiful sea all the way to the island Hvar and on the right side to the island Brač. The restaurant and the bar are situated in the ground floor of the hotel continuing to a smaller terrace outdoor. The restaurant can accommodate 34 guests indoors and 20 outdoors. This area is completely renovated in 2014 and is fully equipped to serve buffet breakfast and a-la-cart menu. The rooms are also designed to be connected by doors and each has a predefined space for a mini kitchen to offer the possibly to rent the rooms as apartments. In total, there are 10 spacious rooms accommodating 28 guests. The spacious and luxurious VIP suite on the third floor is the best the boutique hotel has to offer: it’s over 100m2, includes a sauna, fireplace, whirlpool bath, balcony, sat TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a mini kitchen, 2 bathrooms, accommodates 6 persons and has the passage to the 73m2 terrace on the top of the building. If needed, the suite can also be divided into 2 fully equipped apartments by locking one door.
