The main floor has, in addition to a large living/ dining room, open-plan kitchen and social bathroom, a twin bedroom with private en-suite bathroom as well as direct access out to the main floor terrace. 2. The upstairs floor is comprised of 2 elegant en-suite bedrooms – one with a king-sized bed (the master bedroom) and one with a queen sized bed. Both rooms open onto a generous upstairs terrace with the same breath-taking views as below. 3. Lower level includes a 4th en-suite bedroom that hosts twin beds and a sofa bed for up to 2 children. It opens onto a large shaded terrace that is completed with a ping-pong table for holiday fun. The outside level below is home to a saltwater pool with sunbathing loungers and just a few steps down is a private landscaped garden with citrus trees. Between May and September the pool can be heated for 200€/week. An outdoor shower and WC offer extra convenience for poolside living. Thoughtful features throughout the villa include central air conditioning for both cooling and heating and high-speed Wi-Fi (on each floor). Wake up to the sound of birds-calling and views of the rising sun.
