Villa Pitchounette is a 2-minute walk from La Napoule train station, allowing you to easily explore every corner of the Côte d'Azur without worrying about parking. It consists of a double living room with a dining area for 6 people and a TV area opening onto a terrace with a sea view and garden furniture for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a shaded terrace with table and chairs for 6, offering a beautiful outdoor dining area. On the R-1, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite with shower and WC, and the other two sharing a shower room with double sink and WC. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and smart TVs, and provide access to terraces (soon to be fitted out). A landscaped terraced garden leads to a raised terrace offering a charming sofa area with a view of the Bay of Cannes, allowing you to watch the fireworks during the Cannes Pyrotechnic Art Festival. A parking space is available with this accommodation. The house has many stairs, so we do not accept small children. No pets allowed. Non-smoking house.
