Description of object:
This wonderful house is located directly at the bottom of the Montgo. From the terraces you have a breathtaking panoramic view over Denia, the surrounding area and the sea. Around the house there are many different fruit trees and flowering plants and shrubs. Directly next to the driveway with the large garage we enter the house. From the small entrance area you enter the spacious living room with direct connection to the winter garden and balcony. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, a toilet and a complete bathroom. The outside staircase leads to the utility room with the central heating and also to the second flat. This flat can be used independently from the upper one, as there is also a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a WC and a full bathroom. Furthermore, on this floor we also have a balcony facing the sea. Via the typically mediterranean staircase we reach the large terrace with outdoor shower, pool, barbecue area and access to the fruit trees. A little further on there is another covered terrace with additional windows to enjoy the ambience even on windy days. Next to the staircase there is a room with a sink, a separate storage room and a toilet.

At the bottom of the Montgo. In one hour you can be at the international airports of Valencia and Alicante. The beautiful sandy beach Playa de la Marineta Casiana is a six-minute drive away, and the centre of Denia is nine minutes away. The nearest shopping centre, Portal la Marina in Ondara, is about 20 minutes away.
