DISTRIBUTION
GROUND FLOOR
Entering the hall of the house we find an open kitchen with the dining room and the living room. At the end of the living room, we find the exit to the south-facing patio. In addition, it has a closed multipurpose space at the bottom, where there is also a toilet.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is double and the other single. The third room is currently used as a dressing room. The double bedroom and the dressing room have access to a large balcony that overlooks the back of the house, over the patio.
