A Great Piece of Land in Gerani, Rethymno – ID 1622716

A great piece of land in Gerani, Rethymno. A 5,397 m2 private plot that can build up to 200 sqm, perched on a sweet spot of the tourist village of Gerani. The plot sits at the edge of the settlement, on a gentle slope overlooking the sea. It is lush land with several well-grown trees on the property and in the surrounding area. The nearest beach of Gerani is just 2 km away, and the plot has access to electricity and water supply. Gerani is one of the many mountainous traditional villages of Rethymno, located about 10 km from the city of Rethymno, near the sea, and in proximity to the new national road of Rethymno -Chania. Gerani has evolved into a tourist resort where traditional houses with picturesque alleys are combined with the necessary infrastructure, including hotels, tavernas, cafes, and mini markets. The sandy beaches are approximately 2 km away. Gerani in Rethymno should not be confused with another village of the same name in Crete, this time in the prefecture of Chania. LRHO170
