Such constructions or projects, and their characteristics, must comply with the conditions imposed by the Municipality. For this reason, any type of claim for these land(s) must be submitted by the potential buyer for due analysis by the Municipality of Lagoa (Azores). Potential: With ideal conditions for agricultural exploration, livestock, or even for ecological or tourist projects (with the proper authorisations), this is a property with high potential for appreciation in the medium/long term, especially considering the proximity to one of the most visited areas of the island.
