Article 58
BUILDINGS OUTSIDE THE BUILDING AREA OF THE SETTLEMENT - Buildings that can or must be built outside the building area, such as: E.g.:

(3) Individual economic objects in the function of carrying out agricultural activities are:
a) agricultural holdings
b) Farmhouses
c) Vineyards and olive cellars
d) Tool storage

(4) By way of derogation from paragraph (3) of this article, it is possible to build on a single agricultural plot with a minimum area of 30,000 m 2 , registered as a family farm, a single-story building with a total area of up to 200 m 2 , at a distance of at least 300.0 m from the coast, where it can provide gastronomic and tourist services within the framework of its own farm household. OLIVE TAVERN - TASTING ROOMS
(1) At a distance of more than 1000.0 m from the coast, a registered olive oil producer may establish an olive tavern - a tasting room - for the promotion of sales of its products under the following conditions:
a) on agricultural properties with an area of 10,000 to 20,000 m² with at least 200 olive trees as a single-storey building with a floor area of up to 50 m²;
b) on agricultural land of more than 20,000 m2 with at least 400 olive trees as a ground floor building with a floor plan area of up to 100 m2;
c) on agricultural land of more than 30,000 m2 with at least 600 olive trees as a single-storey building with a floor plan area of up to 200 m2. (2) By way of exception to paragraph (1) of this article and in the case that the area of the olive grove exceeds 3.0 ha, at a distance of more than 300.0 m from the coast, it is possible that the olive tavern - tasting room also serves the provision of gastronomic and tourist services
