Project Description
The implementation of the main construction is within the polygon intended for it, respecting the front, lateral and posterior clearances.
The presented project includes a construction for housing use and having its threshold quota at 275.80. Thus a dwelling of T4 typology was defined.
The vertical access between the floors is inside the construction, near the input hall, is performed by concrete ladder, and its steps in solid wood in color defining timely.
The floor of the basement is at quota 273.10, with a free right foot of 2.35, and consists of a storage zone and a garage.
Floor 0 is located at quota 275.80 (threshold quota), with a free right foot of 2.75m. It consists of an ordinary room, kitchen, laundry, sanitary installation and a bedroom. This has a 96.36m2 deployment area.
