Quinta do Lago - Brand new 6-bedroom contemporary villa with pool and wellness spa – ID 2313833

This brand new contemporary villa occupies a corner plot in Quinta do Lago, one of the Algarve's most prestigious resort communities, just moments from the beach and the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. South-facing and built around clean architectural lines and refined craftsmanship, the property brings together generous family living with genuine entertaining space, all shaped around a considered approach to indoor-outdoor living. A double-height entrance sets the tone from the moment you step inside, drawing the eye towards an internal courtyard, anchored by a mature specimen olive tree, that fills the home with natural light. At the centre of the villa, a double-height living and dining room, with a feature fireplace as its focal point, opens through floor-to-ceiling glass walls onto the poolside terrace at the touch of a button, blurring the line between inside and out. A separate snug offers a quieter, more intimate space for everyday family life. The kitchen has been designed without compromise, with bespoke oak joinery, Miele appliances, dual wine fridges, two Blanco sinks, a Quooker tap and a Bora induction hob with integrated extraction, alongside a dedicated tea and coffee station and a large central island that extends into an informal dining table. From here, the space flows out to covered al fresco dining, an outdoor kitchen and a BBQ area, extending entertaining well beyond the walls of the house. The villa is arranged across three levels, with six ensuite bedrooms offering real flexibility for multigenerational living. Three suites sit on the ground floor, each opening directly onto the terraces and gardens. Upstairs, two further suites include the primary bedroom, with a wraparound private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and a walk-in dressing room. A sixth suite occupies the lower level, giving guests a degree of separation and privacy. That lower level is given over entirely to leisure and wellness, with a bar and entertainment area, wine cellar, eight-seater home cinema, gym, treatment room and an infrared sauna, alongside a laundry room and a triple garage with electric vehicle charging. Outside, the mosaic-tiled infinity pool is bordered by a sunken lounge with a fire pit and generous sun terraces set among neatly landscaped planting, while a rooftop terrace, shaded by a large sail canopy, adds a further space to sit out and take in views across the resort towards the sea and the Ria Formosa. Finished with a Control4 home automation system, integrated sound, large-format stone flooring and bespoke woodwork throughout, this is a villa built for a considered, modern way of living, whether as a full-time family home or a rental investment in one of the Algarve's most sought-after locations. Walking distance to the beach and set within the natural surroundings of Quinta do Lago, it offers a rare combination of scale, privacy and genuinely comprehensive amenities. *Features and fittings mentioned are subject to agreement and verification between the vendor and the buyer Energy rating: A Brand new contemporary villa, 899 m² built area, on a 2,120 m² corner plot Six ensuite bedrooms across three levels, including a sixth-suite lower level Primary suite with wraparound terrace and walk-in dressing room Double-height living and dining room with feature fireplace, opening onto the pool terrace Bespoke oak kitchen with Miele appliances, Quooker tap and Bora induction hob Mosaic-tiled infinity pool with sunken lounge and fire pit Lower-level wellness area with gym, sauna, treatment room and home cinema Wine cellar, bar and entertainment area Triple garage with electric vehicle charging Rooftop terrace with sail shade and views towards the sea and Ria Formosa
