Verkoop appartement Seseh – ID 2291408

A wellness-led resort community of 105 residences arranged around a preserved 50-year-old mango grove on Bali's fast-rising south-west coast, ten minutes from the island's busiest cafe and beach-club corridor and a short walk from a quiet black-sand surf beach. Six residence formats run from efficient 40.8 m2 studios up to 97 m2 two-level lofts with private plunge pools, all finished in warm timber with hand-carved Balinese detailing. Owners and guests share a spa and bathing complex, a partner-run restaurant, coworking, resort pools, garden walks and event platforms for yoga and sport, with a welcome lobby and parking at the entrance. The construction permit (PBG) is in hand and the build is around 80 percent complete, with completion targeted for Q1 2027. Residences are held on leasehold running to February 2056, roughly 29 years, with a prolongation option, and are operated under a managed rental program blending nightly, monthly and long-term stays. The developer's own base-case model projects net returns of roughly 9 to 10 percent a year on studio formats over the first five years, shared as estimates for guidance only. Floor plans, the live pricing matrix, renders and the full financial model are shared with qualified buyers through Balibound Realty.
