Verkoop terrein uitzicht op zee Agios Nikolaos van 14075 m² – ID 2307065

Two building plots (1 & 2), nicely positioned next to each other, first line on the sea and on the beach, at the coast of the Mirabello Bay, between Istron and Pahia Ammos, enjoying unobstructed views of the sea, the mountains and breathtaking sun- and moonrises. Both plots can only be both together at the asking price of €2,200,000. Plot 1 is 10,048 m2 in size and plot 2 is 4027 m2. Both are free of forestry and archaeology claims. Each of the two plots has the planning permission (allowance) for an individual house or houses of up to about 260 m2, built on one or two floors, plus basement and attic. Plenty of space would be left on both plots to make swimming pools, open and covered verandas and terraces, garden areas, parking space etc. Electricity, water supply and phone lines with broadband internet are not far from the plots. Both the tourist resort of Istron as well as the coastal village of Pahia Ammos are only about a 2-3 minutes drive away. Both villages offer amenities and shops for daily needs. The town of Agios Nikolaos (capital of the prefecture of Lasithi), with a greater variety of amenities and shopping options, is about a 15-minute drive away. The international airport of Heraklion is about an hour's drive away. Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion. Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round. Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town. The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
