The Palais dAgra, formerly Villa Agra, is one of Sanremos most fascinating and recognizable historic residences. The apartment is located on the first floor and comprises an entrance hall, living room, separate kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom. A characteristic internal wooden staircase leads to the upper level, where there is a second bedroom and a second bathroom. Both the living room and kitchenette open onto a charming covered terrace, a very pleasant outdoor living area overlooking the greenery. From here, an attractive original staircase belonging to the historic architecture of the building provides access to the condominium gardens, also offering a particularly convenient and independent way to reach the property. The bedroom also has direct access to a private garden with gazebo, a secluded and delightful outdoor area surrounded by greenery. A further staircase leads to the private sun terrace of approximately 50 sqm, enjoying excellent sun exposure and a glimpse of the sea. This generous outdoor space can be arranged as a relaxation area, solarium and open-air living space. The apartment is well maintained and immediately habitable, although its finishes are not recent. It features independent gas heating, metal window frames and double glazing. Completing this property for sale in Sanremo are a private garage and an outdoor private parking space. The Palais dAgra also features a condominium swimming pool surrounded by greenery. The complete restoration works have already been approved and paid for, with work scheduled to begin in September, bringing back one of the residences most distinctive amenities. A property that is difficult to compare with a conventional apartment: history, architecture, greenery, private garden, terraces, swimming pool, garage and parking space, all within one of Sanremos most distinctive historic residences.
