The environment is ideal to enjoy the tranquillity, the sun, and the magnificent climate of our coast.
Entering, there are garden areas surrounding the house. At the top of the garden, there is a refreshing swimming pool where you can enjoy the hot days.
The house is distributed over two floors.
On the lower floor, we have 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the upper floor we find a spacious and very bright living-dining room with large windows that give access to a spacious terrace with wonderful views of the sea and the area, a perfect environment for moments of rest or pleasant breakfasts.
