Well-preserved traditional Canarian house, which maintains its structure, materials and original construction elements, although improvement and conservation works have been undertaken, which do not undermine its architectural and ethnographic value. It dates from about the beginning of the 20th century.
Located in the Icod Valley, in a rustic area, Barrio El Amparo. It is located within a farm that has an area of 10,045 m2, surrounded by patio and gardens.
It is distributed in: Ground floor: Living room, traditional kitchen, patio and cellar.
Upper floor: Living room, a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide.
