Welcome to FOS Residence, a space that combines architectural harmony with rich lighting and comfortable living. We are located in Pazinos, in Akrotiri, Chania, within walking distance from the sandy beach of Marathi and just a fifteen minute drive from the lively city.
Our architecture is a reflection of the Cretan landscape, incorporating the abundant sunlight and the greenery of the olive trees. The white stone, with which our luxury home was built, retains the coolness of summer and the warmth of winter.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen are tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable atmosphere for your stay. The excellent views from the large glass windows give the dining area a sense of peace and tranquility.
The second floor hosts two spacious bedrooms and an elegant bathroom. The large terraces offer an alternative view of the area, allowing you to enjoy the magical moments of the day.

Visitor access
Private vehicle , two-wheeled scooter are the best options and for those who would like to use a private driver the villa can work perfectly with a taxi company for short or longer distances. Also just 300m from the villa there is a bus stop with connection to the city of Chania as well as the airport.
Within a walking distance of 3km , you can find many different kinds of shops as well as restaurants, tavernas with traditional Cretan cuisine as well as pastry shops for sweet delights. Very close to the villa there are many beaches that you can visit. Among the most famous are Marathi beach (4km) with its small picturesque harbour ideal for families with young children, the beach of Seitan Limenia (10km) with its turquoise waters or the beach of Kalatha for beautiful sunsets. The location of the house is ideal to visit the beautiful monastery of Agia Triada of Tsagarola and a stone's throw away from it the church of Agios Thomas to enjoy the enchanting goddess of the whole cape area.
