It has an area fenced by wire mesh and wooden posts next to EN 10.
It is a plot of land that is not infrastructured but is perfectly integrated into the built-up network of the Pegões Velhos cluster.
The surroundings are essentially characterized by the construction of two-storey old-style houses and small multi-family buildings of recent construction, some industry, some agricultural fields and the
CP buildings.
The land is located about 25 km from Setúbal and 12 km from Vendas Novas, with good road access due to the proximity to the N10 national road in the Cruzamento de Pegões - Marateca section and the easy access to the A13 junction.
