The property is located in a picturesque bay bordered by a pebble beach and is not far from the nearest village. There is an officially registered access road to the property, which is surrounded by natural vegetation and forest.
The approximately 31,580 m² property is classified as agricultural land. However, according to the development plan of Orebić County, there is the possibility of establishing either a business or a family farm there. It should be noted that the area must be at least 3 hectares (30,000 m2), although this can also consist of several properties as long as they are in the same cadastral district. The buildable area may be a maximum of 400 m2 and is limited to the ground floor, with the building height not exceeding 5 m.
